Transactions Case Studies

  • South Florida Radiation Oncology (SFRO), nine locations in Palm Beach County, Florida - J.H. Winokur brokered the sale of one of Florida’s leading oncology providers, and majority owned by 21st Century Oncology. Properties include oncology centers, labs and medical offices. The tenant signed a new 15-year absolute NNN lease with a Real Estate Investment Trust at closing of escrow.
  • Hauser-Ross Eye Institute, Sycamore, Illinois - J.H. Winokur, on behalf of the physician owners, brokered the sale-leaseback of the 36,100 SF ambulatory surgery center, medical practice, optical shop and spa. Tenant signed a new 20-year NNN-lease at closing of escrow. The property was purchased by a Real Estate fund in a 1031 tax exchange.
  • The Zion Eye Institute, St. George, Utah - The largest eye surgery center and eye clinic in Southern Utah signed a new 12-year master lease with a Real Estate Investment Trust at closing of escrow.
  • Hanover Hospital, Hanover, Pennsylvania - Hanover Hospital guaranteed a new long-term lease for Hanover Surgicenter, a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center. The property was purchased by a net-lease trust.
  • Dublin Surgery Center, Dublin, Ohio - The physicians of Dublin Surgery Center created a partnership with Surgical Care Affiliates and signed a new 15-year lease. The property was sold to an investment group.
  • Union County Surgery Center, Union, New Jersey - Union County Surgery Center, a partnership between a group of doctors and ASCOA signed a 10-year NNN lease. The property was purchased by a private investor in a 1031 exchange.
