Elkland is located on the New York, Pennsylvania border, on the PA side in Tioga County. Elkland is north of Williamsport, PA and just south of Corning and Elmira, New York on the New York border. Goodwill places 313,000 people into employment and more than 31,000 people engaged with local Goodwill organizations to earn a credential. Goodwill of North Central Pennsylvania employs over 700 residents in 15 Pennsylvania counties and 1 New York County. The property was sold under a longterm lease that expires in 2031 and includes rental increases every five years. The Goodwill store has a low rent per square foot, making it an attractive long-term investment.
