The property is located on Highway 11E/Andrew Johnson Highway, a major east-west artery through Tennessee with an average daily traffic count of over 35,780 cars at the nearest intersection to the site. The shopping center property is an outparcel to Food City Supermarket, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet and Ingles Supermarket power center. Other out-parcels include AT&T Wireless, Applebee’s, Waffle House and First Tennessee Bank. Immediate area retailers include a Lowe’s Home Improvement center. Chick-fil-A is also expected to open soon as a new outparcel.
The 100% leased shopping center is anchored by Petsense, GreatClips and Cricket Wireless.
