SOLD – VERIZON WIRELESS – GREENEVILLE, TENNESSEE
JH Winokur, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the Verizon Wireless net lease property in Greeneville, Tennessee. The property is located on Highway 11E/Andrew Johnson Highway, a major east-west artery through Tennessee with an average daily traffic count of over 35,780 cars at the nearest intersection to the site. The property is an outparcel to Crockett Crossing, anchored by Food City Supermarket, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet and Ingles Supermarket. Other out-parcels include AT&T Wireless, Applebee’s, Waffle House and First Tennessee Bank. Immediate area retailers include a Lowe’s Home Improvement. Chick-fil-A is also expected to open soon as a new outparcel to the center.

The corporate Verizon net lease property was purchased by a family trust. J.H. Winokur represented the seller, a private investor. J.H. Winokur also represented the Verizon Wireless real estate developer on the original sale to the private investor.
